This doctor is rude, does not spend enough time with you and could not care less about you or your condition. Forget about asking questions, he wants you out of the exam room ASAP. The office staff is rude, loud and unhelpful. Don't bother seeing this hack.

The worst staff ever, rude, unprofessional, dirty, dumb, careless, they violate HIPPA laws at every turn, this doctor should be ashamed of himself for letting his reputation be represented by such disgusting people. Doctor does not care to return calls or about patients well being.

WORST office staff ever!!! They are so mean and unprofessional. It is sad because Dr. Schnall is a good doctor. He would get more business if it wasn't for the miserable women who work in the office. They never called me to cancel my appointment and waited for me to get there to tell me he wasn't there (not only did they have me come there with my 4 month old BUT had me wait 20 minutes in the office before telling me that I can't be seen). NASTY, NASTY women!!

Dr. Schnall is the only dermatologist I will ever go to now, and I had been to many other before him. He is semi retired now, so getting an appointment is not easy.....but I will wait. He is the best there is. His reputation in the area is stellar. When he retires I will find out where he lives so I can show up at his home and get a diagnosis :-)

Dr. Schnall has been my dermatologist for many years. I have always found him to be pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. If you have questions, tell him when he first comes into the room and he will answer them during the course of your appointment. Don't wait until he is about to leave the room. The staff has always been nice to me. It is a very busy practice so bring a book. You may have to wait a bit to see Dr. Schnall but it is worth it. I'll be seeing him again next week.

When entering the doctors office the reception staff was very rude and had an attitude and seemed annoyed both times I visited the office. The first visit the dr prescribed pills for acne that I had a very bad reaction to that my family dr told me to get off of. The 2nd vist with schnall he was very rude when I advised him my bad reaction to the Meds and he was so rude and sarcastic telling me I guess I don't want my acne to go away. And he would not listen to me nor ever helped my problem and not to mention how he pushed on making me purchase his face wash that only irritated my skin. I do not recommend this dr.

Dr. Schnall should not even be practicing anymore. My daughter went to him with some bumps on her leg and he didn't even look at them and said he didn't know what they were. At least look! You should not even call yourself a dermatolgist.

He was awful. Since I have this condition for many years, he asked me what he should prescribe. He didn't have any alternative treatment to offer such as light treatments, new meds etc. Went to him years ago and I thought he was better. I didn't wanted to travel so tried him again. I absolutely wasted my money. If you have psoriasis don't use him. He may know what is out there but doesn't prescibe to his patients. It is probably time for him to retire because he doesn't put in the effort for his patients.
