Waited over 5 hours last appointment and didn't get seen. A few other patients left in frustration as well.

We took our son to Dr. Sloan to be seen. This doctor had us waiting for 2 ½ hours in the waiting room. When my spine started to hurt from my herniated disk I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be for my son to see the Dr. She said that she did not know. I was very nice to her. I told her that if 2 ½ hours was the typical wait time the office should have notified me before we got there. Five minutes later Dr. Sloan comes out to the waiting area with a snotty attitude, she looks at my family and says The last patient before you had a hole in his spine and he was 16 years old! He had a lot of questions and I had three MRI’s to read. I also have to type all this information into my computer! I don’t rush through patients like most doctors! I have patients to see once I leave here tonight, and I haven’t been fooling around back here you know! I again asked her how long it would be. She said 10 min.10 min later we left. She is very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend!

I had an appointment to visit with Dr. Sloan. Her staff, a particular individual named Rhonda, told me that I would have to pay a 1,000 dollars up front and that they only offered payment plans to established clientele. I stated that it did not seem right. How often can the average person throw down 1,000 bucks? Anyways, she said she did not care what I thought. The staff that are employed by Dr. Sloan are very unprofessional and unhelpful. They do not care about you, they just want your money at once. How do they get new patients? They all must be rich!!! Can you give them 1,000 dollars at once? Aside from this, Rhonda was just plan rude; the money issue would not have mattered anyway. I chose another neurologist instead. You know what they say, "One bad apples spoils the bunch"! It seems that everyone else seems to agree. Rhonda did not seem to care about her employers business and as a result, her employer will not get my business!

All this doctor wanted to do is put me on migrane pills that I would have to take every day although I kept telling her I don't have migranes. Just sharp pains in temple every few days............Was not helpful at all. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. BTW she looks nothing like her picture in phone book. (using her dogs to make you think she's nice)
