Was a patient for over 20 years until I move to the Seattle Area a little while ago. He and his office were always friendly and professional. I've never had to deal with repairing any bad dental work or the pain my friends have related to me abound their dental experiences. . In all that time there has only been once when one of the staff was out of sorts. Not bad. One thing I did not like was waiting beyond my appointment time, but I experienced ( and continue to experience) that with my medical people too. But, still, I do not like it . A pet peeve of mine.XXXXXX Dr. James was always willing to take the time to explain and demonstrate things. I link my good dental health these last few years to Dr. James' emphasis on prevention.XXXXX The kicker for this review was when my dentist here complimented me on my previous dental work. So I thought Dr. James and his office deserved some well-earned reviews. Hope this helps.

Wow! I was impressed from start to finish. Making an appointment was easy and the staff at the front desk was super friendly. When I got to the office, the receptionists were friendly and efficient. I didn't wait long and the dentist was friendly, professional and most importantly seemed very trustworthy. Dr. James performed excellent dental work on me. I needed crowns on some of my front teeth and no one can believe when I tell them they are not my natural teeth. On top of the superior service, the office is gorgeous I've never had a dental experience like this before. I would recommend this office to my friends and family.

He over charged me by several hundred dollars because he made me wait an extra hour after my scheduled appointment, and then charged me for overtime both for him and his assistant "because I was a woman". I also had to have the root canal he performed re-done elsewhere because he broke a file in my tooth.

Far too long a wait for the dentist in an overflowing wait area for 40 minutes. He was nice, his staff stinks... rude and unknowledgeable are a bad combination. The only good thing here is the office decor.

Waited two hours for 10 minute consultation! Total SNOB! Didn't listen. Asked to re-schedule appointment? NO thanks!
