I am a retired man on Medicare and I don't have a problem. She's not going to be my best friend but she takes good care of me. Grateful to her as a doctor.

First time and last time I will ever go see Rebecca McCarthy! She was rude and just seemed like hated her job. She didn't even welcome me she just walked and and said "what's the problem today?" Plus I had to take my daughter because I'm a stay at home mom and can't just drop her off at day care! He could care less about what my issues were and pretty much rushed through my appointment! She was so rude I left there crying!! Have never felt so unwelcome at a doctors office ever!

Unfortunately this is the second and LAST time I go to this drs.office...both times I have felt very rushed. I am 24 weeks pregnant with my first child...I went in with a very painful rash on my stomach and paid $90 for her to glance over my painful areas for about 10 seconds to tell me it was a heat rash. She didn't ask me any questions...she didn't ask if it was painful or anything. I was very disappointed. Her nurse that showed me back to the waiting room was no better. Ive tried this lady twice and have been unhappy both times. I will never refer anyone to her!

My wife and I recently moved, and in the confusion of the move, we missed one $30 bill. As soon as the doctors office called and notified us, we payed it. We were then informed that from now on we will be responsible for the entire bill up front, and then they would refund us what our insurance covers. We can not afford this. When we contacted the office to explain the situation, after the person on the phone discussed it with the doctor, they would not change there mind and continue to let us use our insurance. They were rude and not helpful or understanding. Sometimes honest mistakes are made, but they don't care. Do not use this doctors office. They are only in it for money, and don't care bout you as a person.

The doctor wasn't friendly and I felt that the exam was rushed because I'm a Medicare patient with a supplemental insurance policy. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this doctor. The front office wasn't friendly either, which I feel is important for a first time patient.

For routine skin exam with some concerns, she acted like I was nuts to ask about the concerns. Not friendly, rushed exam. Sorry I bothered her. I forgave the first time, but it was repeated the second year.
