first or let me say how I’m a younger patient and I’m very thankful for her two wonderful assistants Lori and Michelle, rose is also very helpful! The rest of her staff is rude including pat freeman. Told me I shouldn’t see my specialist anymore, then called in front of me to ask if they wanted to still see me, said yes and she was pissed. Then prescribed me a medicine that interacts with my deadly allergy’s. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Treated like a drive -thru since new doctors came in.

Dr Freeman has been my pcp for over 10 years she is wonderful, I have recommeded many to her and they too were happy with her care. The difficulty in arranging appointments and wait time is not any fault Dr. Freeman, its management.

I have been a patient of Dr Freeman's for more than 10 yrs. She has always researched any concerns I have to the fullest extent possible. She spends quality time with me everytime! She was also the Dr that saw my mother to the time of her departure & gave her the best treatment possible as well. Highly recommend Dr Patricia Freeman. Thank you Dr Freeman for yrs of quality care!

Dr. Freeman,Was the worst doctor I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She was not my kind of doctor. Very busy, did not spend any time to get to know me as a new patient. In and out like a drive thru.

Dr. Freeman is very polite and helpful. I am currently searching for a new doctor because I can never get an appointment the last 4 times I called for my daughter I have had to take her to urgent care, and she has had strep and upper resp inf.they can never get us in.I shouldnt have to use urgent care for a PCP. AND the wait time FORGET it, bring a good book or lots to do wait time a min of 40mins. And thats just in the waiting room. Some of the staff is very pleasant, some not so much. And if someone signs in before you but has an appointment after you, they will get called first. Uh whats the point in making an appointment? VERY unorganized.

Dr. Freeman spends a great deal of time with each patient. The best doctor I have ever had. She listens and asks questions. She really tries to make sure that she is exploring all angles to ensure that the patient received an appropriate diagnosis. She also takes into account a patient's financial status to ensure that the prescribed drugs are as affordable as possible. Dr. Freeman is well-versed in her field and teaches me something new every time I see her.
