Very Scripted questions, video calls only. How can you trust someone you never have an actual conversation with? Its like AI
Staff at his office is overworked and stressed out to the point of literally telling patients to go elsewhere. Terrible!

Rude and unprofessional office. When asked about my upfront charges, the billing person hung up on me. Found a specialist in Prescott. Please do not consider this office.

I concur with the other reviewers. Embodies the crud of modern and degenerate society: imbecility, unfound arrogance, a completely materialistic mindset without any thought for nobler aspirations, i.e. in taking pride in a professional role and competently carrying out expected duties.

On July 17th 2017, I reported for my sleep study. I was told to be there at 745p. The technician did not arrive until 8:00p. The room I was assigned was up front, within ten feet of the front desk. I soon learned this room was very poorly insulated and I suspect is the least desirable place to perform a sleep study in the building.

When attempting to fall asleep at around 845p or thereabouts, I heard two male voices. They actually seemed to be visiting as if one stopped in to see the male technician, or possibly an off-duty employee. I finally fell asleep and sometime around ten p.m. or after, a female arrives at the check-in window, with a loud voice. Remember, I am 10 feet away in a crackerbox room. In fact, the seal around the door is so poor, bright light shone in around the door when closed. This female patient was placed in the room next to me.
The next half-hour I listened to loud talking between the two women. Understand this should be like a library setting, but was more like a beauty shop . I became more and more disturbed that I was to be sleep tested, but was placed in this atmosphere by the very Bone Doctor who is a “”Sleep Specialist.”
Now Dr. ROSENBERG had guessed I might have some PTSD and so the next event I’m about to describe will underscore the terrible experience I had.
The female patient apparently could not find the bathroom, or was mistaken as to where it was, and ENTERED MY ROOM! You need to know that I had a real burglar in my apartment once and had to confront him and hold him at gunpoint (in his mouth) until my fellow officers arrived. I do not react well to such unexpected intrusions. The attendant should have walked her to the bathroom to be sure she knew where it was. Simply saying it was at the end of the hallway is confusing at best, since there are two more turns after the hallway ends.
I told the attendant that this noise and disruption was not going to work for me. She stated that there will be noise as other patients arrive. I told her then it made no sense to continue the sleep study. She replied. “O.K. then I will come in and unhook you shortly”.
I know the other rooms in the back have their own bathrooms, and I suspect they are quieter as well. I wonder if the two rooms up front are given to government V.A. types or simply the last resort, least desirable rooms…because it was just like being in a Motel 6 near an elevator as far as I am concerned. And remember, I once had a sleep study and those facilities were far better..and that was 20 years ago.

I am going to do my best to see that the V.A. does not pay for more than the time I spent there (2.5 hours). I do have suggestions
1.Put a simple 3 digit lock on all doors so no one but staff could enter the room.
2. Put a sign at the end of that hall showing an arrow pointing left to the bathroom.
3. Have signs that encourage quiet and not be afraid to tell patients like the one last night to whisper.
4. When using these second rate rooms, schedule both rooms near the same time, so one patient doesn’t get interrupted 90 mins after his study begins.
5. How about a sound machine with white noise to alleviate the noise ?

I COULD HEAR ALL CONVERSATION, EVEN THE TECHNICIAN OVER THE NEXT ROOM’S INTERCOM.
I would not recommend this Doctor nor his lab.

I went to Dr Rosenberg after a bad accident and brain injury. I was desperate for sleep!! Dr Rosenberg saved my life! I love his staff, especially Sherron! Dr Rosenberg does talk fast and it can seem like he isnt listening, but he is. He is a brilliant man and has an incredible knowledge of sleep disorders. Usually you see Sherron after his diagnosis and treatment orders. She is his physicians asst and she is incredible. She spends so much time with you listening to your concerns and problems and addresses them all. You are never rushed. She has been with Dr Rosenberg for years and is phenominal. I love the entire office! Everbody has bad days, but this office is great. They are worth trying again if you had a problem the first time!! I have worked with many Physicians and their staff and this office really makes an effort!!

Upon first meeting the doctor I asked if he was familiar with a condition I have known as CRPS. He waved me off as one shooing away a pesky fly. Then he proceeded to tell my husband ( referring to me in third person!! ) that he didn't even think I had sleep apnea based on my last apnea study. I have been on C-pap since Jan.2005. He ordered a home overnight oximetry scheduled for May 18, 19, and 20, 2015. I wore the gear, took it to the office on the morning of the 19th. They downloaded the data and from that one night the doc made his diagnosis that I should have an overnight in their facility with observation and titration for the C-pap. I continued to wear the portable for the next 2 nights, completely unaware that the data would not be downloaded or considered, except to bill my insurance company, which they did!

So from May 18th until now I have yet to hear from the doctor or his staff to arrange that overnight with titration in their sleep facility. My PCP requested that they get is scheduled and after so many months it is apparent that I need to find another sleep apnea doc, which I have now done.

People, don't waste your time.!!!! He is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever come across and he is also quite full of himself and quite demeaning to his patients. Of course, it could have something to do with his being 5'7 or 8. And just a word to the wise, he is affiliated with all the other sleep apnea docs in the region, including Flagstaff. I went south.

After reading the other comments and AGREEING wholeheartedly with all of them, except for the lone 1 positive comment, I feel that it is my duty to add my 2 cents. I was a surgical ICU nurse for 25 years, so I know a bad situation when I see one. My husband was referred to this clinic by his internist. What a mistake! What these people have going here is an ASSEMBLY LINE where NOBODY knows what's on first or who's on second...if you catch my drift! VERY substandard care and follow-up. The test itself was done okay but as far as the interpretation and reporting back to the referring MD...he rates a ZERO! When I complained to the primary MD, even HE couldn't get any results when he put out a call to this man. Be smart and avoid the head-banging experience. Ask your provider to please refer you elsewhere, as he's NOT the only show in town. Also...the staff are as substandard as their fearless "leader".

I have to agree with all of the comments listed below. This doctor needs to go back to medical school and learn how to deal with his patients. Worst bedside manners I have ever had with doctors. He had to tell me all about his education and how good he is. I wish I could find a reliable doctor for sleep apnea.
