Still healing but looks great so far. The entire staff was great during and after the procedure. Don't understand some of the comments. Your not paying for Dr. Barone to be sweet and hold your hand. She's did a great job with the results I see so far. Stop in and see the staff at avanti in Tampa.

I had a great experience. Dr and staff was very laid back which worked for me. Office was not snobby or upity so if that's what you're looking for she is not for you. Very upfront about what to expect, encouraged a lot of questions. Was very firm/stern regarding post op care which is to be expected if you want good results. She called me personally a couple of hours after the surgery to make sure i was doing ok. I recommend Dr. Barone.

I had lipo on my uppper and lower abd. Contrary to the advertisement, it was not painless surgery. Some parts were excruciating, and felt like no anesthesia was in that area. It also didn't help that Dr. Barone's technique was very agressive, sawing in and out at high speed, only stopping or slowing down, when I couldn't stand it any more. She had to stop early before the expected amt. was removed, due to the pain. She also, twice made callous remarks to me about my poor pain tolerance. Very unprofessional - and now they have closed doors, w/o notifying pts of who would see the patients for f/u care. Basically abandonment.

I had surgery with Dr. Barone. She was direct and right to the point. I appreciated this and had an outcome exactly as she described to me in our consultation. I would highly recommend this plastic surgeon to anyone who wants the truth about every procedure. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without "sugar coating" anything. I intend to return to her for additional surgery. my results exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Eleanor Barone did smartlipo on my neck and I can not smile anymore 1 month after. I have a lot of hard scar tissue that my skin and neck muscle coords are superglued to. Dr. Eleanor Barone and her staff have been extremely unprofessional and uncaring to me. They have no concern that I can't smile one whole month after surgery, never told me that could happen, can't give me any reasurances this won't be permanent and can't give me a timeframe as to how long it takes to smile again after smartlipo of the neck. They won't put me in touch with any former patients of hers that had the same surgery in the same area. Please beware of this doctor and Isis Cosmetic in Tampa, Florida.
