Awful service! He was rude, sarcastic, and did not take consideration for the pain I was in while he worked on in my mouth. Even though he did give me mutiple injections but I still felt PAIN!!! He insisted that I was only feeling pressure instead of pain. I left his office feeling horrible. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy let alone a friend.

I believe that although he can come off a little firm at times it is because he wants the procedure to go perfectly. He sings and hums during the procedure. He and his staff are knowledgable and were able to answer all of my many questions.

It was awful. The single worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Choose anyone else. He may be a perfectly competent oral surgeon, but his brusque personality and condescending manner border on emotional abuse, considering the people he's been being rude and condescending to are both paying for his services, and deeply terrified about what is going to happen. No one needs to be treated that way.

I think Dr Adams did an amazing job with my surgery. His staff was very comforting, he sang to me during my surgery which helped me calm down while getting sedation. Any questions I had about my insurance was always answered with efficiency. Dr. Adams explained everything about the surgery in detail, and then I had no complications after the surgery. Overall Dr. Adams and his staff made me very secure with having him do my surgery prior and I would recommend his services to everyone

I am surprised that I have not heard more complaints about this oral surgeon. I took the leap and chose him due to insurance reasons and NEVER in my life would I ever recommend him. He was extrememely rough in my mouth, horrible bed side manners and rude. I was extremely uncomfortable. Find a different oral surgeon, even if you have to pay more, you won't regret it.

I went to Dr. Adams for oral surgery. I found out my exact insurance copay so I could save up for my portion of the surgery. After removing a cyst, he suggested doing a bone graft but said it wasn't absolutely necessary. I told him my insurance HAD to cover the cost, I couldn't afford to pay anything more. His secretary said she called my insurance & it was covered. After the surgery I received a bill for $636 for the bone graft. I called & was told not to worry about it, they would handle it with insurance, etc. I never heard anything more, & never received another bill. 1 1/2 years later, in Jan. 2009, I received a collections notice for the $636 bone graft. I disputed the charge since my insurance was supposed to cover it & I NEVER received another bill for the procedure. Before the dispute deadline ended, this was put on my credit report. I called my insurance co. who had NO record of his office calling the day of my surgery & he NEVER submitted a claim for the bone graft either.
