I cannot say enough great things about this place. I have been to Dr. Smith a couple of times for different reasons and he is always great. He and the physician assistant (Bryan) both spent time in the room with me and explained what was going on with me. I've recommended him to peers and to my mom who have all said how great he is! His staff is super helpful and very friendly. I love coming here and highly recommend!

He gave my husband a prescription for toenail fungus. Dropped it off at Public pharmacy and in a few minutes they paged him in the store. He returned to pharmacy and they wanted to inform him the RX cost was $600! He went to another Dermatologist and was told he Did Not have a toenail fungus. When my husband called the office, the doctor refused to come to the phone. Malpractice with a capital M!

This is a low level body factory. Smith is only interested in getting to the next patient, so he does not spend any time to you. He does not listen. He asks a question, does not wait for an answer, and often is interrupted by rude staff who talk to him whilst your trying to answer the question. He will do unnecessary tests to pad his charges to the insurance carriers. This operation is a great example of what is wrong with our health care system.......the patient is least important , except for paying the costs.
Smith should have retired decades years ago.

This doctor is great! He helped my dad out so much after suffering with a rare skin disease for over 10 years. As soon as my dad was seen he was cured right away. The waiting room and whole entire office is very clean. All the nurses are very friendly. Dr. Smith is very knowledgeable and he knows exactly what he is doing! I would recommend everyone to go to visit him! If you go see him, you are making the right choice.

Dr Smith was the only dermatologist to diagnose a rare skin disease that I had as opposed to other dermatologists that misdiagnosed me with psoriasis. He is knowledgeable understanding and compassionate. And that goes for his staff as well. His office is neat and clean and uses state of the art equipment. Stuart Sussman

Dr. Smith has been our dermatologist for 20 years. We left several times years ago due to long waits in the waiting room (this situation has improved somewhat). Each time we returned to Dr. Smith as expertise trumps waiting.

If you go to Dr Smith's office and actually get to meet Dr. Smith, consider yourself lucky. In my three appointments with him, I was "dealt with" only by physicians assistants or worse: medical technicians. If that weren't bad enough, Dr. Smith encourages unnecessary procedures without fully disclosing the costs to his patients, seemingly for the purpose of billing insurance companies exorbitant amounts of money for hilariously cheap procedures. It's not fraud, but it isn't ethical either. And if your insurance won't pay, expect invoices! If all you want is a dermatologist I suppose Dr Smith's offices are acceptable. His treatments work. But if you want an ethical doctor, one who will respect your right to informed consent and not abuse the willingness of insurance companies to pay for unnecessary procedures, look elsewhere.
