I've been a patient of Dr. Freitas since 2000 and wouldn't think of switching physicians. In the past, there were punctuality issues, but this has greatly improved in the past 4-5 years. Computer automation and connectivity to the UMass network also means that all of my medical records are readily available and shared between Dr. Freitas' office and the hospital. It's comforting to walk in and meet with doctors and specialists who clearly have already had access to this information to review it.

Great doctor--NEVER rushes me and always takes extra time which is hard to find in this day and age. He's a very kind and thorough doctor. I recommend many people to go to him. I've been his patient for 14 years.

I dropped Daniel Freitas after only a few visits. He exhibits the stereotypical doctor syndrome characterized by a a dismissive, condescending attitude, arrogance, and constant interruptions. Unwilling to give credence to patient complaints. The office staff is pretty good. I would not recommend this physician.

Results of a Bone Density Test returned after three months, with an indication of Osteopenia. I called one week after the test had been done to hear results and was told that they would call if they found anything. Three months later is unacceptable. Apologies do not change the result of their incompetance.

A co-worker of mine suggested Susan Boyer and I drive over an hour to see her since I moved because I don't want to switch Dr.'s! I have finally found a good Dr. and those are hard to find.

I have been a patient of Dr.Freitas since he opened his practice. As his practice has grown, it has only gotten better. He supplemented his staff with Dr. Lieberman and Sue Boyer. The nurses are all great. Both doctors are intelligent and listen to what I have to say.

Everyone is very helpful. My entire family sees both Dr. Freitas and Susan Boyer. I can't say enough good things about our care and the personal treatment we get from everyone at the practice.
