I had shoulder pain for 6 years at this point that was dismissed by all the previous physicians in the practice. I was to the point I was in tears and the pain was controlling my life. I had to demand tests which she was reluctant to order (an X-ray and MRI). When I got a phone call from a nurse with results, I was told that everything was normal. I asked the nurse some questions, and the reply was that she did not have my chart there. After a few more weeks, I finally got a referral. Just getting an appointment is torture and you sit and wait ALL DAY. Dr. Bennett is not a bad person, I just was not satisfied being told everything was fine after I was in pain for 6 years and having to quit things I loved because of the pain.

Pleasant person, but very vague doctor. Hard to schedule an appointment. Staff very nice.

Dr. Bennett is very nice, however over scheduled and you can't see her short notice. The office is way too busy. Every time I go, I wait at least 30-45 min (after my scheduled appt) in waiting room then another 20 min in little room. They need to schedule better and inform patients if too far behind. They have also lost labs.

Very, very sweet and caring woman. I encountered her on call at WM Hospital. She seemed to have a difficult time making decisions for treatment, but it was understandable at the time, because it was really a no-win situation. She regularly stopped by to check up and seemed to truly care about her patients.
