Referred for testing when doctor first began practicing and he was helpful and pleasant. Ten years later, returned and found huge new office filled with unfriendly and self-important personnel who ignored questions and just repeated what they had been trained to say. The doctor and staff stood outside the door of my 4' by 8' cubicle and loudly and sarcastically disparaged my being sent for medical management after all testing done by another specialist. This showed in his lack of interest in me and non-existent bedside manner. Apparently if you don't need expensive tests, he doesn't want you in his office.
