I think she is one of the very best. She listens, follows up on prior visits and explains things in plain English. She is very good about responding to email. She does have a busy practice so my appointments are made well in advance. When I have an unscheduled need I will often see someone else in the practice, but she always follows up on these visits.

Hard to get appointments, very long wait time in office, unfriendly/unhelpful staff. Dr. Shih would do better to leave this practice. I did.

DR.SHIH VERY INTELLIGENT.LISTENS AND I FEEL SHE IS CONCERNED.BEST PCP FOR ME FOR 4 YEARS.PROBLEM IS SHE RUNS LATE B/C SHE HAS SO MANY PT'S.& TRULY LISTENS TO ALL OF THEM.I'M WILLING TO WAIT B/C I KNOW MY TURN IS COMING.EH

Dr Shih singularly disgnised the condition ailing me when no one else seemed to be able. after a visit and my continued complaints of pain in my legs and back, she correctly diagnosed the problem to be muscular myopathy caused by an adverse reaction to a statin drug I was taking. She is very thorough and courteous and takes as much time as I need to answer all my questions.

Dr. Shih is out of my area but I go to her because she is very intelligent and thorough. She is patient and listens to me and gives me the time I need, I am never rushed.

She is very polite and professional. I continue to drive an hour to use her as my primary care physician because she seems so much more knowledgeable than any one else I've seen.

She immediately diagnosed an abnormality upon physical exam. Followed up with appropriate blood work and referred me to a specialist all within 24 hours of my visit.

I seemed to have no say at all. I would like to be able to talk to my doctor and have the doctor listen to me as well as to my health care
