Dr. Stroehlein is the best doc that I have ever had. He is reminiscent of "Marcus Welby" in that he takes time with each patient no matter the issue--and I am a doctor!

It doesn't get better than Dr. Stroehlein. I have been his patient for many years. He's knowledgeable, caring, & patient. If you go to him you will see how special he is and you'll know you are in good hands.

Haing seen Dr Stroehlein at MD Anderson since 2004, he has the best bedsie manner of ANY doctor I have ver seen. Well dressed, always with a smile, very caring and compassionate. Very knowledgeable truly cares abuot the "whole" patient. He has referred me to several doctors, who also had the same quality, caring friendly attitudes. He is always very responsive, had great attitude and personality, his kowledge base is so deep and thorough. He is very good listner, and full of recommendation and remedies. He has worked with me on my post-cancer surgery issues, and always has recommendations. His bedside manner is #1. He even made my mom feel like she was important and he cared after my dad died in 2003. He has great sense of humor, and always has the "right answer", it seems. You can find NO FINER doctor that De Stroehlein.

Dr. Stroehlein was incredibly helpful. I was trying to find out what was causing some very bizarre symptoms (Turned out to be Celiac Disease). He performed a very thorough exam and was able to correctly diagnose my problem. Would highly recommend.

I was referred to Dr. Stroehline by another one of my physicians for a tumor which everyone believed to be cancer. He kindly worked me into his busy schedule almost right away. In the end it was not and Dr. Stroehline went through great effort to make sure that I could immediately get in with the specialist I needed for the Dx I ended up with.

Sympathetic, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. A rare breed these days. Not only is the extremely helpful, but he will also advocate for you and make sure that any treatment you need outside of his office is done promptly and correctly. I strongly recommend him to anyone with the misfortune to need a gastroenterologist.
