Great experience! First time having this procedure and it went well thanks to Dr. Kvapil. He thoroughly explained the process and helped to ease my fears. He was patient, kind and very informative. The staff was friendly and helped me through it. No issues with payment, the office was neat, It was a positive experience.

I've been under Dr. Kvapil's care for a long time now. He's wonderful, wouldn't go to anyone else. He is very knowledgeable and so thorough. Spends a lot of time with you. The new office staff at his new location are great, so nice to work with.

Called a couple of times to get an appointment at the end of the year. Once I explained I was trying to get in b/c my OOP was met, I was scheduled ASAP. Dr. Kvapil came in and reviewed my paperwork, X-rays, and ultrasounds from my referring Dr. He recommended an Endoscopy and would be able to complete before year end, since I wouldn't have to pay (met my OOP). Called to make sure center was in-network and was advised it was..4 months later receive $1,000 bill from lab. Apparently they send lab work out of network. Called my insurance and basically there was nothing I could do. I am outraged. First, I explained multiple times my concern to be in network b/c I did not want to and shouldn't have had to pay for anything else. I paid my monthly premiums and basically paid $25,000 in medical for the year. Since being in TX, this is my second encounter. This is ridiculous and I will continue to press this concern.

I did wait a little bit after my set appointment, but nothing too unusual for the medical field. Maybe he needed to give more time to the patient in front of me and I sure didn't want him to rush with me. I had to take a colonoscopy and that procedure was perfectly on schedule. Dr. knew exactly what he was doing and briefed me afterward. I would recommend him without hesistation and I can be very difficult to please sometimes.

Do not recommend this doctor. He will not return phone calls to patients. He will keep you waiting. His nurse and receptionist are rude.

I would highly recommend this dr. to anyone! Anytime you go to see a specialist, expect a wait. He is very thorough and compassionate. He felt a mass in my spouse while doing a pre-op cursory exam that was missed by our internist 3 months before! He sent us immediately for further testing and connected us with the an oncologist...he save my spouse's life!

My fiance had a 10:15 appointment but wasn't seen by the doctor until 11:20. When I called the next day to see whether that was common or a fluke, the receptionist was VERY rude. I've never encountered anyone so rude who works with patients.
