Wow just got back from the second (and last) appointment. this lady is RUDE beyond words. she talked to me like i was an idiot and was quick to prescribe more antibiotics even though i had verbalized concerns about what they do to my body. she was literally in there 45 seconds and finished on her way out saying out loud for the world to hear that i should get my pap after i stop bleeding. she hates her job and probably life. needs to stop practicing and take up yoga. so impersonal. she at least pretended to like my baby only because there was a student with her (during my first visit).

I have been seeing Dr. Gans for Migraines for awhile now and she continunes to tell me to take Ibupofen. Recently Ive been going with complaints of pain in my back and hx of kidney disease in my family. She told me she was not concerned at all while she was walking out the door, basically ignoring my questions. She is very unprofessional and seems to not care at all about my health. I would not recommend to see her. I thought I was the only one until I reviewed the other comments and feel exactly how they do.

Dr. Gans is impersonal, rushed, rude and insensitive. The 1st time I went she gave me a pap and told me she couldn't use lubricant because it may interfere with results. I've never heard of that in all my years of getting examined. Needless to say it was painful and she got frustrated because she couldn't get her tool into my dry va-jj. The results were inconclusive and I had to go back. 2nd visit I waited 45 minutes and she was still rude and rushed, although this time she used lubricant. Dr. Gans doesn't appear to like her job and she should discontinue practicing. Will not be returning. Ever

Does not recommend to chiropractors. Staff unfriendly. Keeps strange business hours. Asks too much information. Lacking in genuine-ness.

Have been to see this doctor numerous times and each time gets worse.she is so rude.once when i was breastfeeding i got sick and needed meds and she told me i couldnt breast feed on the meds.when i told her my daughter wouldnt drink formula and asked if there was any alternative to the meds she replied "well if she wont drink the formula she wont starve to death its only for a week" she is horrible and needs to retire. i cant believe she is still in practice. i just went to her for a physical and she charged me for physical and for a TB shot. i have never had to pay for this in the last 10 years ive been getting physicals. im currently looking for a new doctor.

8/15/11 I wish I had found this site prior to switching to this doctor. I had two visits and two is all I can take. Her beside manner is worse than awful; it's uneceptable. She is very dissmisive, rude, and lacking medical knowledge. Not to mention the fact that I waited over an hour for both appointments. It seems that she is overbooked which would be obvious reason for the long wait, HOWEVER, I was RUSHED through both appointments. I was LITERALLY left with my mouth open as she nearly closed the door mid-sentence to go on to her next appointment. My blood is still boiling thinking about the level of rudeness and lack of compassion. She is a doctor. If she has reached a point where the compassion is gone and she is only in it for the money, please do us all a favor...RETIRE!! MY ADVICE TO ANYONE CONSIDERING HER AS YOUR DOCTOR....RUN!!

Worst doctor i have seen in my lifetime. She knows NOTHING!!! Last visit was when I had chest pains in my left breast and one other problem. Well she told me to make another appointment for my pains I was having in my chest...who does that! Needless to say, I had to see another doctor and the chest pains were serious.

Horrible. Doesn't return phone calls after numerous try's. Misdiagnosed all my symptoms with worse outcomes from all her perscriptions. Has bad attitude. Cuts corners. My lawyer says I have good malpractice suit on my hands.

I have gone to Southwest Physicians for years and loved every Dr I saw. When my insurance changed I had to switch offices and only see Dr. Gans. I went in for a physical and weight loss tips. She barely talked to me and did not help at all. She sent me for blood work and when I called for the results it took her 2 days to answer my call even though she had the test results. When she did call me back she said "Hello. You are fine!" When I went to ask her questions she shot back, "I am trying to get out of here!" And hung up. Nice!!!
