BEWARE! Had to self pay for injection, was told insurance won’t cover procedure. They also submitted to insurance and insurance paid! They got double paid and they won’t return phone calls to explain the double billing!

The office staff is terrible, disorganized and could care less about the patient. A real shame as the Dr and PA were very good on the first visit. Don’t book unless you have hours to waste in the waiting room.

I will never go back to this doctor. In a short session he said the previous doctors new nothing and there was no problems. As a Viet Nam Vet his advice without even knowing and being set up by the VA seemed like a bad joke. Never again!!!!

I have never seen such a terrible dr office. They didn’t open till after my appointment Only see a pa not the dr and they never sent my subscription to the pharmacy Don’t waste your time the whole experience was a total waste of time

Dr. Atit and his office staff are wonderful. They will help you with a variety of neuro problems. Myself, they are managing my severe migraines that are resistant to treatment. My quality of life was pretty bad before Dr. Atit helped me get these migraines under control, I was going from Migraine to Migraine, month after month, averaging 20 or more migraines a month. I now am down to approximately 5 migraines or less each month. Its amazing. Via a combination of medications and adding a couple supplements -- I am finally able to have improved quality of life. I would recommend Dr. Atit to anyone with neurological disorders. His office staff are also amazing at helping with prior auths and making you feel right at home during your visit.

Very frustrating I’ve been told I would get a call back many times not one call back I’m suppose to have fusions for neuropathy had one November 2020 had no more the nurse practitioner said a week I need to start the fusion immediately she said I woul get a call next day no call I’ve call at least 3 time couldn’t find out anything no call nothing 0 stars

Every since November 2020 I have been ignored , no call back when promised no follow up on fusion November 2020 said they thought I was getting them since November but the refill on the fusion read 0 refill they are definitely neglecting since november

My husband saw Dr. Atit as a new patient 01/07/21. Advised that he wanted 2 different tests done and we would discuss results and possible change of meds on his next appointment. After his appointment being changed twice by the staff, he finally had his appointment scheduled 02/17. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time and signed in. I noticed there was another patient scheduled at the same time of our appointment. We were then directed to the examination room. The nurse (who never identified herself) came in and looked over at the computer starting to tell us about the results, I then asked where the Dr. was, she left the room and came back and said the Dr. had left . We could not believe it. We had an appointment on the 01/27 changed to 02/03, 02/03 changed to 02/17 and now does not show without any explanation. My husband had a hemorrhagic stroke 2 years prior and is on medication for alzheimer, if Dr. Atit was not interested to have my husband as a patient, he should have mentioned it and not have him do the tests. The reason we went to see Dr. Atit in the first place was because my husband's previous neurologist went out of our insurance network. One more thing to mention is that we had received 2 email reminders and 1 phone call message asking us to call back to confirm our appointment. I returned the call and confirmed with a person named Selena that it was going to be with the Dr. Atit himself. After all this, we cannot trust the practice and will not return.

Dr. Atit and staff were very kind and attentive. Dr. Atit listened to my complaints with compassion, patients, and understanding. He answered all my questions. In my visits I was treated with respect and kindness. I would highly recommend him to all in need of a good neurologist.
