Good doctor- very poor administration staff. Almost impossible to get them on the phone. Arrived for my scheduled appointment 15 minutes early. They have you sign in but have the window closed and a sign on it saying "do not knock or open the glass- someone will be with you shortly". Waited 50 minutes pass my scheduled appointment and I finally walked around the office door to ask someone when I would be seen. The women were all sitting down laughing and telling stories and appeared to be annoyed that I interupted them. I informed them that I have been in the waiting room for almost and hour past my appointment and they said they thought I was a "no show". Eventhough I signed in.

Dr McElroy preformed a total hip replacement for me in Nov 2010. He is a wonderful doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.
