I was charged $220.00 no show fee for an appointment I didn't make. After 2 unsuccessful attempts to contact his business office in Vancouver he just keeps billing me. I received no reminder calls, nor has his office called me back to discuss the exorbitant fee for a first-time missed appointment. I have contacted the BBB. Also I think his questions were very vague.

Dr. Rosenbaum left me worse off than before I came to him. Thank goodness My GP is so good since I needed treatment Dr. Rosenbaum was unable to provide. Maybe if Dr. R actually reviewed my history we wouldn't have had to go over the same basic information at every session (three total).
