Dr. Savoie is the best surgeon in our area! I saw that she has been rated one of Baltimore's "Top Doctors" by her peers. Recently, I needed urgent, complex surgery that was performed by Dr. Savoie. The post-op results have been excellent. I am recommending Dr. Savoie to everyone.
