Save yourself and do not see him. He is senile and presents like he is on drugs. He removed my Nexplanon bc implant with no local anesthesia due to his own mishap. I could hear him apologizing to his nurse in the hallway because it was traumatic. He is lucky I didn't sue him for medical malpractice. I had to have my husband pick me up from my appointment because I was in so much pain and so shaken I couldn't drive.

Terrible office staff. Called to schedule an initial OB visit over a month ago and then when I called to confirm, they said they would no longer be able to see me and cancelled the appointment. I have never met a ruder and more unprofessional office staff before.

Dr Vagovic is amazing...the staff leaves nothing to be desired. There is no interest in helping at all. I waited over a month after not getting any return phone calls and contacted my insurance company to finish what they did not do

After seeing Dr. V for quite some time, I’ve discontinued my care. His office staff is rude and borderline hostile to basic questions and scheduling conflicts. They behave as if they have no interest in being there and therefore are incapable of providing even adequate care. When you call to speak to the office manager, you’re wasting your time. She is unhelpful and equally unprofessional. Dr. V has become lackadaisical in his explanation of care provided, oftentimes even leaving out information on procedures that have been done. Autonomy in this practice is essentially non-existent. This practice has become an embarrassment to women’s health practices in the greater central Florida area. Do yourself a favor and see any other OBGYN.

Kandy is awful! She has no patient bedside manners. She forgets about the patient in the room. She even yelled at me for crying (right after my loved one died and told me to quit crying)! Kandy has no business seeing patients. She is rude and condescending!

Doctor Vagovik diid surgery on me i had so many problems had no interest in intercourse anymore. He fixed me and now I'm good. I am so happy i meet him.he is amazing doctor and now I'm planning to have baby because of doctor Vagovik i have a shot to have family he give me hope. I love him

I wish I could give them no stars. I normally see Kandy and I always make the first apt - I go once a year for my women's annual check-up. I have seen her 2 or 3 times. Not once has she been on time - how can a PA be late to the first apt, I can understand the Doc if he gets called for an emergency but the PA (she is the Doc's wife)? I have been left sitting in the exam room where I could hear her talking to her staff about personal things instead of coming to see me - no apologies once in the room for making me wait either. Today was the last straw, I had to cancel my April 20th apt for work reasons and I called well in advanced, I booked the next first apt I could get which was May 4th at 8:15 with the Doc himself. I showed up to the clinic at 7:52 and you can see the sign on the door saying hours are 8:30-5:30 (how can they book 8:15 apt then?) At close to 8 the front door is unlocked and I walk in with id and insurance card ready - give my name, hand over my cards, and get the paperwork I need to fill in. I can hear voices in the back joking and laughing so I know techs are there and I thought I heard the Docs voice too. At 8:31 I approach the front desk and ask about my apt as I have to be to work by 9… the lady goes to check and when she comes back she said the Doc was here but he left to do rounds and they cannot guarantee I can get out on time. How can you make an apt for 8:15 and the Doc just leaves to do rounds – either see the patient waiting or don’t book the apt for that early. I will NEVER go back to this office.
