Dr Fletcher has performed 2 hip replacements, right& left and I'm extremely happy with the outcomes. He was referred to me by my daughter who heard about him from a colleague at
work. I'm otally happy with his work.

I wouldn’t let Fletcher operate on my cat. I needed a revision 20 months after he did my knee. I had to seek out a surgeon in Manhattan to correct what he screwed up. And he didn’t give hoot either. He shouldn’t be practicing medicine

Not bad once someone can get in to see him, but he needs someone to run the scheduling who understands that he can't see a patient every few minutes, so there is no point to scheduling them that way and then having them wait 1-2 hours beyond their appointment times! People do have other things to do and would be better to wait longer to get an appointment rather than sitting being unable to do anything waiting once they have one.

He’s the best! He is caring, and while you may wait awhile to get into your appointment, he’s well worth it. Spends the time to explain things and his PA’s are also great!

Had a ltkr 11/2015. Was on pain pills for 5 months, needed a manipulation 1/2016. I couldn’t even get a hold of dr Fletcher to see me after my surgery. My therapist finally got me in. After he manipulated my knee he then looked at me and said “there is nothing more I can do for you” and he didn’t! After 20 months of pain , I decided to seek out another dr at the HSS in Manhattan. And I am so thankful I did. My knee was loose and unbalanced. Had a revision 6/2017 and couldn’t be happier. Will never ever see Dr Fletcher again

Doctor Fletcher did a knee replacement for me 3/14/2014 and he did an excellent job I was very pleased with my treatment and I am in the process of making my sec appointment to have my other knee replaced.

Saw Fletcher twice to discuss a much needed hip replacement. His responses to me and my wife's detailed questions sometimes defied credence and logic and finally ended with his pathetically pointing to the wall and saying, I have degrees, I have degrees." Got successful treatment elsewhere.
