Dr. Khashayar's arrogance is only matched by his incompetence. He does not communicate treatment course to the patient, literally responding to every question or concern by saying "Thank you very much". His total lack of proper patient care is harmful to patients. He has no business being anywhere near patients in critical condition. He does absolutely nothing to improve the patient condition. He does not communicate, nor does he care. He he would best serve the patient community by seeking another career, perhaps in academics where patients would be shielded from him.
