Have no complaints with Dr. Schwengel; however, one member of his office staff (Therese/Theresa?) is appalling rude. In trying to get paperwork completed, she was extremely impatient and rude, and also uncooperative. The Dr. would do well to retrain or replace this person.

Prepares for patient appointment - reviews charts. Takes time to explain process, medication and need for a specific medical procedures. Well equiped office for medical procedures.
