I found Dr. Zirvi to be amaz ing. I could see he was so busy with patients in and out but I never felt rushed. He was easy to talk to and explained everything. I was relieved to find out my issue was sun damage spot and so far, nothing more. I got a quick freeze and on my way. I was nervous going in but really felt at ease after he came in the room. I have been going to Dr. Zirvi for years for a skin check every 6 months. He seems to do a thorough check and I never have any issues with my visits. However, twice I have tried to call the office for an urgent visit on two separate occasions and they could not accommodate me at all. You have to go through central scheduling and they don't even let you speak to someone from the office. They just tell you the next appointment, which is usually a few months out. No fault of the doctor, but due to this, I will consider changing dermatologist.

Waited 35 minutes for him and then he spent less than 10 minutes checking my skin. Very perfunctory exam. Seemed rushed and uninterested. I’ve been his patient for awhile now but I’m not going back. Not worth the year long wait for an appt, not worth his disinterested attitude.

Dr. Zirvi is perhaps the best derm I have come across. He is able to diagnose problems quickly and accurately. Fully satisfied and would strongly recommend him.
