Front desk clerk treats you like a number and discusses your insurance information. through the window into the waiting area. Terrible experience cking in. At one point she threatened to cancel the appt. She is just not a nice person and has no customer service skills.
(Note: this is a 10 year patient coming in for annuals that has always had ins. coverage and never a payment problem)
There has to be some respect for the patient at the window that equals the wonderful services/ demeanor of Dr. Sevigny. Strange disconnect there.
