Dr. Callegan is bright, tough and very good at her specialty, addiction. She calls a spade a spade and doesn't buy into B.S. If you want someone to provide you with excuses, look somewhere else. If you want help and are honest, she is great!

I have always waiting at least a half hour for my appointment. They charge money if you are more than 20 minutes late yet for some reason they are NEVER on time. Further, they are unreliable on getting medication prescriptions on time. I highly recommend finding another doctor. On a positive note (i guess), the staff is always very friendly when they fail to follow through with what they said.

Dr. Callegan is great. I've been seeing her for a LONG time and would be reluctant to take my care to any other physician.

What happened to the doctors that cared about the welfare of their patients? Now it is primarily a racket to make money. Sadly this has become the norm...I doubt that she is worse than a lot of others, and we are all getting used to this kind of thing!

In regards to the testing.I had a 4K test,insurance paid $1,800.All you need to do is tell the office and they will give you the lab # to call for pt. asst. The lab that marketed this testing to the practice is doing the billing wrong, this office is not responsible for that.Ask about the cost first! We make >100K and qualified.Only had to pay $200.Ask ?'s instead of complaining.This office has been good to me for 4 years now.Staff has stuck it out through the loss of Dr. Guzman.Change is hard, but they have made it.Dr. Callegan is tough, but has had answers no other physician could given me in over 10 years.Finally has made moves to help me by getting off of her ass like no other.Co-dependent patients, addicts, whiners will not have a chance with her.She will be the first to turn down your $ if you try to pull the wool over her eyes.I believe she is a helper and no way a money grabbing enabler. Commanding respect is not a character flaw.

Both my husband and myself have had a horrible experience with this practice with the condescension and lack of empathetic care. We have now however reached the last straw. This doctor order a 1600 lab test, sent it to a lab not in the network of our insurance with no explanation or information up front. I would recommend staying as far away as possible and we are currently looking into options to file a complaint with the medical board.

Every time I go to an appointment, the office staff says they don't take my insurance, but they will by the time I come back for my next appointment. They still don't take my insurance. The office staff is completely incompetent every time I go there. I usually, and I'm not exaggerating, become so frustrated and stressed out I have to take Xanax while I'm in the waiting room before I have even seen the doctor.

I really appreciate all the help from Dr Callegan. Dr Callegan's staff is the friendliest of all. Always so welcoming and ready to help. I never have to wait for appointments.
