I had a treatment, which was supposed to be an aesthetic treatment, at Dr Sands clinic. I ended up with a crooked smile as the teeth were done with no regard to my smile and the lip line and I lost a tooth in the process. Before I met Dr Sands his team "prepared" me for the first meeting with him. When I was already in the treatment room the nurse and one of the dentists said something like "Don't be freaked out when you meet Dr Sands. He has a very specific behaviour". They mentioned his personality that not everyone might get (?!) And specific it was! He was rough, slurring his words, his eyes were like glass. When I saw him I thought he was heavily hungover, but he didn't have the typical hangover smell. Sands also kept insisting they sedate me and he kept repeating: "We just need to knock you out". Luckily the dentist agreed to treat me with local anaesthesia. On the final day of the treatment Sands made me sign some papers just before the finishing step of the treatment when I had several rounds of anaesthesia, couldn't move my mouth, couldn't think clearly and was surrounded by 5 people wanting different things from me. Sands dropped the crowns a couple of times, he was so rough and his hands were shaking. A truly nasty experience on the final day of the treatment! The reasons I went ahead with the treatment in the first place: * The dentist who did the prep work (not Sands) was actually nice and did a good job * The dentist agreed to do the treatment without sedation and instead used local anaesthesia like I wanted * I made the trip from another country to have the treatment ** The really bad experience took place on the final day at the point of no return/cancellation when Sands got involved himself. ** The terrible result transpired only a few days after when I was home in my country and started to get back some movement in the jaws and smile properly. I had so much anaesthesia that my jaws felt bruised for several days after. This has been a painful experience, physically and emotionally for not being able to smile and now having to go through corrective treatment. Sands did not refund any money despite my requests. I felt I needed to write a review so people get the true info before making a decision about this dentist. Please don't be fooled by his photos with celebrities.

We found out about Dr sands from one of our friends and we are thankful he was able to fix some issues we had from our last dentist. We were worried about spending a fortune to correct the mistakes from our last dentist but Dr Sands was honest with us and explained the costs and how long it would take to fix my my issues. I would have no issue recommending him to any of my friends or families. He treated us like family and for that I thank him.

I visited Dr. Kevin Sands office today for a cleaning and teething whitening. I haven’t gotten a oral cleansing in over a year due to constant travel throughout the past year. Thanks to Malagy (The Hygenist), my hygiene is so much better now and my mouth feels so clean. Not to mention but I can actually smile again with my white teeth. I have been going to this dental office for 3 years and they always work their hardest to fulfill their clients needs; I’ve seen it with my friends who go to his office as well. Thank you Dr. Sands & staff!

Kevin performed an excellent job repairing my broken front teeth. I had bonding that was barely hanging in there, and after talking with him, I decided to go with caps. My new teeth look and feel great, and I'm very happy with them. Going in for routine cleaning is a quick and pleasant experience, and everybody there is very friendly. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is in need of a cosmetic dentist. Thank you!!!

From the moment I stepped foot into the office until the moment I left, the experience was beyond what was expected. The experience at Dr. Sands’ office could not have been more pleasant.

From the gorgeous and comfortable decor, to the friendly and knowledge staff; from the moment you walk in the door it feels like a luxury experience!

I went for a teeth whitening service and after the thorough explanation we started the smooth, easy and comfortable process.

The actual whitening process is easy and for me was painless. At Dr. Sands’ office it was made even more enjoyable with access to a TV on the ceiling to relax and disconnect while the products worked their magic.

After the rounds of whitening I was pleasantly surprised to see immediate results.

I've known Dr. Sands for at least 10 years as he has worked on several of my clients in the entertainment business.  



After years of having my teeth cleaned and whitened by Dr. Sands and his staff I finally took the leap and had a set of veneers done on my front teeth.  The best decision I've made in my life. My veneers are so perfect in every way.  They look so natural and white and real. You would never even know they are veneers unless I told you.



His staff and especially Justin are just the best.  They treat everyone like a VIP and just go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.

I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Sands himself.  I was kinda surprised when I opened my eyes and there was Dr. Sands himself fitting my veneers and talking me thru the procedure -- not an assistant but the man himself.  He was very much about making my teeth look natural and real and they are.  He also made me laugh a few times which made for a stress free afternoon.  



He and his staff are truly one of a kind and I would HIGHLY recommend him for any dental needs.
