I found Dr. Lichauco a few years ago and now go out of my way to see him. Every time I have needed to see him, he is able to diagnose my issue quickly, explain to me what the problem is, and offer a treatment or medication, that has always worked. I have NEVER had to go back to him for the same issue. When you find a good doctor, you don't leave them.

I went through 5 doctors with the same symptoms and then Lichauco was recommended to me as a more aggressive doctor. First visit he was shocked that no one had ever done and MRI. He found a good neurologist and I finally had my MS diagnosed. For 13 years he helped me with various problems, found ones I didn't know I had, and let me be a part of all the decision making. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I ever had. He showed real concern, remembered me outside the office, and would always tell me not to blame everything on my MS but let him know what's bothering me. If I had a problem he stayed on it until it was either solved or diagnosed as unsolvable. I've since moved and can't find another like him. Sure, I sometimes waited a little longer in the office, but he spent a lot of time with each patient.

Dr Lichauco is The Best Doctor In New England! I Have many medical problems & have been to over a dozen different doctors! Dr Lichauco is The Best, Accurate Diagnosis, Very Caring, Very Attentive, Will Do Anything for his Patients! He always spends plenty of time with me until I am fully understanding my several complicated medical conditions & treatment options! I Have Been seeing him for 5 years! His office staff is also very professional! I highly recommend Dr Lichauco to anyone who is looking for a Real Doctor! Thank You Dr Lichauco!

Dr. Lichauco is a little busy these days, so sometimes he is running late or our visits are a bit rushed. On the whole, however, he is a good doctor who listens to his patients and tries to make them feel better. He allows me to have input into my own treatment as long as it does not interfere with his medical judgement, and he treats me with courtesy and respect. His intelligence and adaptability is quite apparent. I hope he remains a family practitioner for a long time, as he is exactly the kind of doctor I want to have as an ally in sickness and in health.
