He is over-booked and one has to wait a bit, but he is interested in the medical you. I really like him. He is fun, too.

Dr. Resneck is great family doctor. I'm so glad we found him. He has lots of experience . I travel all the way from Sunnyvale to see him with my 3 kids. I wish we have him closer.

Dr is good but constantly late to scheduled appointments,(over booked) be ready for 30 to 45 minute wait past your scheduled appointment time. Also the office staff is not very helpful or service oriented.

Someone wrote " lyme literate" Not! Do not see him if you think you have lyme. He will give you tests that almost always gave false negatives. He seems to have lost any desire or compassion to help lyme patients; and only will treat if this tests he uses has a positive result. Would someone tell him lyme is a clinical diagnosis! Staff lethargic. Like his nurse though.

His staff seems out of touch. Rarely do a get a person who answers the office phone when I call. Instead I have to listen to a lengthy message in English than the same message in Spanish and only than I can leave a message. The Dr is ok on some issues bit clearly single minded on others. He is not very friendly but always seems interested.

Like all Dr's on their own, he has to keep his queue full. Per queueing theory, it sometimes backs up. Best to go with a list of questions, to any doctor. Staff is very hard to get by phone and are poor at returning calls. The doctor himself, though, is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I've had 2 appointments and had to wait over an hour each time. The first time, I reschedulded and the second time, I just sat it out. I was in/out in 5 minutes flat. He was very nice, seemed interested in my medical history and took time to talk with me but tried to offer advice on orthopedics which thank you, I have a doctor for.

I used to think he was an excellent doctor. However, when I was having issues that turned out to be Endometriosis he tried to tell me I was suffering from depression. I am sorry, but depression does NOT cause severe abdominal pain. I have graduated with a PhD in psychology and know very well that is not one of the symptoms. I believe that any doctor who rushes to the diagnosis of something outside of his field is not be a reputable physician. Needless to say I have not been back since and have found a new doctor.
