Dr. Green's expertise and care saved my life. She is the kind of doctor who literally takes CARE of her patients. She sees them as people, not as appointment slots and she works harder than any other medical professional I have ever met. Dr. Green meets with her patients face to face in her office in addition to the physical exam, she takes time to listen carefully every time and doesn't rush patients. She often runs very late because of this. She works until late night even on Fridays and very seldom takes a break. She calls patients after her last appointment to check on them. She is the real deal.

Dr. Green is amazing. She is helping my child through a terrible case of Chronic Lyme along with three other tick borne illnesses. Without Dr. Green I don't know where we would be at this point. She is extremely knowledgable, very empathetic and gives her patients all sorts of time and attention. I cannot give her a stronger recommendation! We travel over 5,000 miles every other month to see her.

Dr. Green is an excellent doctor, and is always late for appointments, but she gives you the time you need when it's finally your turn. She knows her medicine and is a saviour to patients with Lyme disease. Doesn't know enough about alternative lyme treatments, but I think if you go the antibiotic route, you won't find a better doc in the peninsula.

This is the LLMD you want for lyme disease. I have been seeing her for 3 years and she turned my desperation into JOY and health! She is very lyme literate, very deliberate and very compassion! She is also in high demand, but worth getting on a waiting list. Staff is amazing, Cindy a little bossy and hurt feelings, but she runs the ship. Do not allow Cindy to treat you in that bossy, sometimes condensending manner, not acceptable.

Dr. Green presented a very fair explaination of the rationale for my Lyme diagnosis. I do have positive serology so that does help things along but many doctors in the Bay Area still discount that Lyme exists here making treamtment difficult. Dr. Green presented me with different treatment options and the pros and cons associated with all of them. I was given literature to read and further scientific studies to look up if so desired. Nothing was forced upon me at anytime. She was very open about the political nature of Lyme disease and the fact that others in the medical community scoff at what she and other LLMD's are doing. I received a very complete and detailed physical exams. She was thorough with my medical history and lab work and as a result, she tends to run behind schedule.

Dr. Green is an "LLMD" and this means that she'll tell you that you've got lyme if your eye blinks funny or if you say you enjoy lollipops. In other words, everything smacks of lyme in her office. This works great for people who do have lyme. But then again, who really knows it's lyme that ails them given the diagnostic tests aren't reliable. Dr. Green is the one to see if you want lots of antibiotics. It may work, it may not. I haven't talked to many people who got well on antibiotics, but that is just subhjective. Until data comes out on patients doing long term ABx, it will all be a crap shoot. Final assessment: a decent doctor with lyme tunnel vision.
