Unfortunately I never got to see Dr Dee so I can't rate him personally but his office staff is the worst. I called every day for a week to talk to his workers comp scheduler, Christina. After our initial phone conversation she was always unavailable when I called and NEVER returned any of my numerous messages. It's been a week now and I still haven't heard from her.
If you're in pain and need help I suggest you go elsewhere. Don't waste your time waiting to get an appointment when there are so many doctors out there who are happy to care for you.

Dr. Dee did my wife's knee surgery, and while complicated, it should have been more successful. Follow-up care and post-op evaluation was handled very poorly. Very little explanation regarding the actual invasive action during surgery. No coordination of PT services. SMy wife still has major difficulty with routine tasks even 1.5 years later and 150 hours of PT. Also Dr. Dee loves to inject Orthrovisc, a painful lubricant with only marginal results but it is very expensive and insurance pays for it. A second opinion recently recommended a total knee replacement - this Dr. was shocked the knee wasn't replaced previously. As far as I am concerned I would never refer anyone to Dr. Dee - I call him Dr. Bombay.

Dr. Dee was very thorough in his exam, and I thought he really took his time to answer my questions. I was having knee issues for the longest time and he was the only one who really was able to not only tell me what was going on, but to actually FIX it! I had to wait a little, but it seemed like it wasn't abnormally long. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

The best part about going to Dr. Dee's office is his staff! His asst., Mikey, is so attentive and acts like she really cares about you. Joseph did a great job with my cast and even Al, who took my x-rays, was super nice. Every time I went, I kept hearing the song from "Cheers" in my head, because each person took the time to say hello to me by first name and gave me very personal attention. The doc was alright, too---he wasn't too specific about stuff and sometimes I wasn't sure if he knew for sure what was going on (wasn't there for shoulder/knee so he didn't seem to know as much detailed info. on my injury). He was nice, though, and did answer any questions I had. I would recommend the place to friends, again, mostly because of the staff.
