After an office visit with one of their PA’s , I was told my prescriptions would be called in to my pharmacy and they would probably have it done within 1-2 hours. Over 2 hours later the pharmacy had not yet even received it from the doctors office. I called the doctors office and was told it might take 4 hours to get it sent electronically to the pharmacy. I complained and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that if I didn’t like the service they provided then feel free to go somewhere else. They did say they would pass on my request to have a supervisor call me. I’m still hoping this will be resolved today but either way this is no way to treat patients.

I have gone to Dr Smith on several occations and found him to be a very polite and helpful. Recently I went to see him for knee trouble and refered me to a specialist. He will be my regular doctor from now on. Its hard to find good doctors. Most doctors just shuffle you in and out to collect there money. Some doctors forget whos paying them and have a poor bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Smith

I left without paying. Right out of the gate Dr. Smith offended me and made an already emotional situation for me a lot worse. It must be great to have such a perfect life that he wouldn't understand my request for anxiety medication. I am sorry I shared with him the personal reason I made such a request. The fact that my daughter is an addict does not mean that I AM! My family is going through hell right now and thankfully I found a doctor who LISTENED instead of asking me if I think it's ironic that my daughter is an addict and that I am asking for "drugs". This was hurtful and shocking. I left feeling horrible and small. If you don't believe in prescribing such meds, then try DISCUSSING that in a non-attacking and ACCUSING manor. By the way, when I mentioned this to my PHARMASIST, he was stunned. You see Dr. Smith, he took the time to KNOW ME. You are being reported to everyone I can think off. You are mean and too OLD to be practicing medicine.

Nice enough guy but I've never waited less than an hour for an appointment. The staff do their best to keep those waiting at bay. Overall, he's not worth the wait.

Dr. Smith has been my family doctor for over two years. He has a busy practice and sometimes a wait is unavoidable, but it has never been excessive. His staff seems capable and genuinely seem to care about your health. Dr. Smith tries to explain things, but occasionally thinks you know more than you do. You no need to ask if it isn't clear. He seems to be able intuitively to recognize the important aspects of your problem and will suggest a specialist if he is unable to handle it. He appears to be a good diagnostician and is a good doctor to "see first".
