We've brought all of our kids to Dr. Kelsey and have always been happy. Our oldest has been a patient since she was 2 years old!

My kids love Dr. Bookmyer. They had a lot of things that needed to be done with their teeth and Dr. Bookmyer did a beautiful job getting them on the right track. I couldn't imagine bringing them to anyone else.

absolutely LOVE this office. The staff are ALWAYS so sweet and cheerful. My two kids are very comfortable with Dr Kelsey and staff and always look forward to going to the dentist.

Dr. Bookmyer and her staff are very unprofessional, they rarely run on time. And have a high employee turn over rate. Are my children ever going to see the same assistant? And who is this male doctor I signed up to see Dr. Kelsey not someone else. We will be switching doctors.

We've gone to Dr. Bookmyer for 9 years - she and all her staff are always wonderful! Professional, super-friendly, and accommodating. Love her!

I had several appts over a year leading up to implants. Couldn't have asked for better service each and every time; the staff and the doctor were competent and professional; I'm surprised at the comments below. My daughter also went to him; a really satisfactory experience; just about done with my dental needs with him. Would definitely see him again if the need arose.

The staffs there are dishonest. After you already paid for your service, they will charge you a lot more than you are suppose to pay. Also the staffs are rude and have bad attitude. Definitelly this is the only one and the last visit.

The doctor is good. Staff was rude and could not care less if they lost us as patients. They made us wait a LONG time, only to tell us we had to come back to fix a cavity which I told them my daughter had at the time of making the appointment, resulting in more time off work for me. Cleanings are scheduled 6 months ahead, but they never sent a reminder from the last one, so I did not know the kids were due and now I need to wait 6 months. I am now looking for a new dentist.

Was excellent at the beginning, but as my daughter got older, it seemed like she was trying to hard to accept my daughter who has special needs. My appointment was cancelled, after being on the books for 6 months, they did not offer to re-schedule, when I called back to reschedule it was like I had to wait another 6 months for an afternoon appointment.

Very qualified and friendly staff. Staff and Dr. attentive and personable. GREAT with Special Needs Kiddos.
