If you can actually get in to see the Dr. Pugh he is okay. The problem is the nurses or assistants whatever you want to call them, are terrible, and the turnover is incredible. I have not seen the same nurse more than once, and trying to get a call back takes 4-5 days. After 9-10 years, I am looking for a new practice. His office has grown too large and he cannot manage it.

All around bad, First visit all Dr Pugh did was talk about his shoes with his assistant second visit I had a small piece of metal stuck in my eye and Dr Pugh was totally grossed out makes you wonder how he ever became a Dr. Last visit I never actually saw Dr Pugh the staff tried to send me to see the PA. Now that might have been better than the Dr but that was the last straw for me I don't make an appointment to see a Dr for fun I want to see a Dr. Do yourself a favor and find a different Dr maybe one that didn't get his PHD from a correspondence course.

My family has been with Dr. Pugh for approx. 6 years. We absolutely love his style. We moved from West Jordan to North Salt Lake and we still make the trip to his practice. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Pugh is excellent. He takes the time to answer your questions and is very knowledgeable with my families different needs. The entire experience for the last 7 years of coming to his clinic have all been excellent. His staff is caring and friendly and help make all of us feel at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Pugh!!

Dr Pugh is awesome. Unfortunately, the most incompetent receptionist is one of the rudest I have had to deal with. I have tried tolerating her but NO MORE! I will not take my family back to this office until she is removed.

Everyone is very knowledgeable, and friendly. The doctor gave clear answers to all my questions. The clinic is very efficient. I would recommend this doctor and clinic to any of my family, friends, or colleagues.
