Even though I am male biologically, I was supposed to have surgery with him due to an intersex condition but he was pushy and rude about the tests that I was unwilling to have . I felt very uncomfortable because he aggravated my trauma more. Then another time when I had to have a follow up via messaging, he ignorantly referred me as Ms. It sucks big time when non-females have to go through these gyn doctors because of variety of conditions like mine.

Like most of his patients I was convinced by him that I needed a hysterectomy. Turns out from pathology report, I didn't. He ruined my body and my life. I can't believe he's still allowed to be doing this unnecessary and permanently damaging surgery.

After years of confusion and frustration with my condition from another doctor, Dr. Missanelli took over and has made me feel comfortble, informed and is treating my condition immediately. I truly appreciate his whole staff. They are extremely helpful and considerate.

I'm stunned to see some of these reviews. Dr. Missanelli saved my life. I went through two surgeries with him. The first was a laproscopic cyst removal, the second a full hysterectomy. He was always so kind, so friendly, so happy to answer my questions even when I was crying hysterically in his office. When the nurses dropped the ball and didn't schedule my emergency hysterectomy in a timely manner, he went out of his way to take care of it himself and reprimanded them right in front of me. He held my hand and told me everything was going to be ok right before my surgery. He was there when I woke up. Plus, my scarring from the two surgeries is so minimal you can hardly even see them, and he had to pull a cyst the size of volleyball out of me. I'm impressed. I don't know how you can get much better than that. He even took pictures of my first surgery for me just because I asked him to. He's an amazing OB/GYN.

Staff and doctors friendly, thourough, and responsive. I saw Dr. Missanelli for my 2nd pregnancy. He listend to my wishes for a VBAC...too bad my little one had other plans.

Office lobby is dark, drab and dirty. The office staff was non-existent when I was verbally assaulted by another patient. She and her friend were shouting profanity laced comments, just short of threats. Fearing for my physical safety I left the office (I was tripped and fell into the door on my way out). If I was rude to this young girl I would have expected this type of treatment, BUT I WAS NOT. THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE, IT IS A WELFARE CLINIC, AND YOU WILL BE TREATED AS SUCH. I'm convinced this office takes patients that have been refused by other physicians and MENTAL issues.
