Great office and surgeon. Dr was available by phone on weekend to answer a question.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Doctor is very business oriented, does not care about patient concerns.

Called Dr. Vakkas on his EMERGENCY LINE due to severe pain in a tooth. I expected some compassion but received a cold uncaring response with his resolution being, "call in the morning and make an appointment." He may be the best of the best but his bedside manor stinks. I question weather I would even consider have him extract the tooth.

The removal of my wisdom teeth did not hurt one bit! Amazing considering they were impacted. He is a nice doctor and very caring.
