Nothing addressed in my visit was relayed to appropriate places. They did not send rx to pharmacy until a week after what I went in for was better, which they didn't even get my pharmacy before I left. I had to walk back inside after leaving and ask them if they knew where to send it, which they didn't. If I hadn't, I'd never have gotten anything. Not that it mattered because I got it too late anyways. Said they'd give me something before I left & they didn't. Again I had to ask for it myself. Overall very poor service and quality for a medical office.

Dr. Hoke is really good with patients. He just sometimes gets talking and is slower to come see those waiting.

Seemed in a hurry on the day of my visit, did not feel he had time to listen to my health problem.

Dr. Hoke is a wonderful doctor. We called as an emergency visit, new patient, and he saw us within the hour. He spent 30 - 45min with us just getting to know us and to understand what was wrong. He referred us to a pharmacy to get our prescriptions filled for free. He is just wonderful.
