I had very bad experience there. They treated me differently before and after I signed the contract. Before, they were very nice and patient, explained that they are more expensive than other places because their services are better. But later I found it's totally wrong, Dr Guleria always ask nurses to do the braces work, not doctors. I was even charged extra money for their fault. Please carefully read their contract before sign it! Their braces are easier to be broken and you are charged for it. I wasted a lot of money there and finally transfered to another Doctor, where I realized Dr. Guleria's office is 100% money driven.

I was very pleased with Dr. Guleria and her staff. They were kind,helpful and offered me extremely knowledgeable OPTIONS about my treatment. I would definitely use her for myself and my children.

I visited this office for adult orthodontics. Originally, I was quite pleased. However, it became apparent to me that Dr. Guleria herself is more money-driven that patient-driven. The doctor herself called my home and actually screamed at my husband and myself over my treatment. I feel that had she been more knowledgable, she would have never applied braces to my teeth knowing that I would need extensive dental care from my primary dentist. This was by far the worst experience I have encountered in the medical field. I would not NOT recommend this practice to anyone.

I have seen many orthodontists in the past few months and have had SO many opinions. Dr. Guleria's office is the best by far! She was informative, and her office is very high tech! Everything is computerized. Her staff was very warm and inviting. I felt right at home. Dr. Guleria saw me 15 minutes after my appointment time, and she apologized for being late! WHEN DOES A DOCTOR DO THAT? She spent nearly twice the amount of time with me compared to any other orthodontist I had seen. She took time to explain my bite to me. (no one else did that) She explained the perfect treatment and then she gave me an alternative. She has been practicing for over 15 years and showed me patient after patient with similar problems like mine. The before and afters were amazing. I would highly recommend this office. They are not the cheapest in town. You definitely pay for their high end service. Isn't that what you want for your family? No question, this is the place to be.

I interviewed four orthodontist before I saw Dr. Guleria. I thought her office was amazing. It was beautiful, high-tech, and everyone was so friendly. From the staff to the doctor, everyone was very attentive. There is a warmth that is hard to describe. Dr. Guleria spent over an hour with our family talking about both of my children's bites. I knew before I left that office that I would be using Dr. Guleria. The other orthodontists had similar treatments but not one came close as far as customer service or genuine caring.

Dr. Guleria is the most knowledgeable person I've ever encountered in her field. I have a particularly difficult case which some "consultants" were hesitant to tackle. Not only was she able to address the problem but she laid out a treatment plan immediately. Her staff is well organized and her office is absolutely state-of-the-art.
