No complaints about Dr McInnis - it's his receptionist Alyssa that makes appointments etc. for him. She is unfriendly, unhelpful, and her tone over the phone is degrading and belittling. She told me outright that she had looked at my Xray and doesn't even know why I'm bothering to come it because it looks normal (Dr hadn't seen it yet). She also informed me that she doesn't understand why I hadn't had a MRI before coming in - both of these were delivered with a scoffing, accusatory tone; is she medically trained? Should she be making such statements to patients that have been referred? I wondered what she would be like in person; she was polite to my face. Later, when I had left FMLA paperwork for THE DOCTOR to complete, she called me and left a message to let me know that she had "Tossed it" (her words) because SHE thought that I wouldn't qualify. Well now, that's professional isn't it?
Because of her, I have rated this as low as possible on 'Staff' and 'Helpfulness'; the only complaint I have about him is that she works for him.

this dr. belittles his patients to boost his ego..."I'm so much better than you it makes me sick" types of comments...in fact if he doesnt keep his snide comments to himself he may need a surgon to repair his face....complete jerk and I dont recomend him to anybody...Hey doc remember you "practice" what you do... ass kicking is an "exact" science...next time you talk to my mother like that the end result may not be pleasent...this Dr is not good with his patients..read the other ratings on other sites before concidering him...

He replaced both my hips and couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. He takes time with you and goes over your concerns. Everyone in the office was wonderful and on top of things. I have recommended him to everyone. He is first rate!!

He replaced both my hips and did a great job in all aspects of my care. His assistant was even better. My concern relates to aftercare. There wasn't much and my restrictions were "whatever you can handle". I need more than that. Can I run, jog, jump? What should I avoid? How can I help my hips last as long as possible? I am only 50 and he gave them a 15 year life span. I had to go elsewhere for aftercare answers but I would recommend him without hesitation.

I broke my hip in a car wreck, and out of the 12 orthopedic doctors I saw in the 1 & 1/2 year time span, Dr. McInnis was the only one that showed caring, and understanding, and took the time to explain what he was doing, and why....if it hadn't been for him, I would not be walking today!!!
