I am writing this because I need help! So Leah who works in the front office is my wife. I am trying to find out the whereabouts of my child who is 5. She is supposed to be dropped off at my house every Tuesday. Today she didn't show up so I called Leah's mom who normally drops her off and she is not answering her phone or text messages. I asked to speak to Leah about where my daughter is because she said she's supposed to be with me. Now the girl at the front desk Sadie will not allow me to speak to Leah and will not relay a message so I may know what's happening. All I want to know is what's happening with my child? Is Leah intentionally keeping Dreamer from coming to my house? Or is there some emergency happening? Every time I call I get hung up on or placed on hold then the call drops I feel like the office is being very rude and unprofessional by engaging in this type of behavior. PLEASE HELP ME FIND MY CHILD?!

It took me over a year to write this review. Dr. P missed my husband's skin cancer. This guy cares more about Botox and fillers than he does being an actual dermatologist. He barely looks at you for your annual appt. But if you mention you want something cosmetic, this guy jumps at the chance. And, he outright lied to me in a separate appt. I went in to check on something and somehow he convinced me I need some filler in my chin where I had bone loss. I told him repeatedly that I had a big meeting in Napa over the next few days and I can't risk it. He reassured me, I mean beyond reassured me, that I absolutely won't have any bruising and that I would actually look better for my appt. Well, I looked like I had been beaten in the face for my meetings. I tried to cover up the bruising as much as I could. As a Doctor, I took his word for it and trusted his judgment. He didn't care about me or my outcome or what would happen if things didn't go well. He is more interested in paying for his art collection in this office lobby and his new building.

When I called to talk to someone to ask what can I do to cover it up, they told me, of course, the doctor warned me this might happen. They pretty much called me a liar. I was floored. I trusted him and his staff. It wasn't a big deal until this moment. This is when I realized his staff and Dr. Palceski are unscrupulous. He reassured me countless times I would look better and I should go for it.

When I started telling other people how this ruined my meetings in Napa, I heard friends tell me their own horror stories of Dr. P and that's when I knew I needed to write this review.

He's missed countless skin cancers. My husband included. It wasn't until my husband continued to go in about this issue did he finally look into it. Other friends have told me how he just cares about cosmetic treatments.

And, as far as the cosmetic treatments go, now that I go to Dr. Clark for that stuff I'm a million times more happy with the outcome. He's not even good at Cosmetic Treatments! I didn't know this until I went somewhere else.

Oh, and let's talk about how every time he prescribes you a medication, it's a $400 something or other. I've gone to Walgreens countless times to deny the medication after I found out what it cost. And, we have awesome insurance. This guy just writes the newest thing and doesn't even give you a generic option that costs a fraction of the money.

He just wants to take your money!!! His staff doesn’t care for you and he can’t even call you because he is too busy recommending procedures that will make your skin worse than before

BEST DOCTOR EVER!!
My son has had severe issues with psoriasis since age of 3. After years of seeing other drs, Dr P came into his life. What a true blessing he has been for my son. After 21 years of other drs, Dr P was the only one who did a biopsy. Because of this, it was discovered that not only did my son have psoriasis but he also has several other dermatological issues. My son is finally, after all those years of suffering, on a treatment plan that actually allows him to lead a normal life. It's a 90 minute drive to see Dr P and well worth it. My son had been to Shands, Nemours, and several other drs and only Dr P was able to properly diagnose my son's many issues because he's the only one who bothered to truly care enough to do it. The entire process of insurance approval was handled by the office staff and they even contacted the pharmaceutical company to help with the needed medication at no cost until the insurance company finally gave their approval. BLESS DR P and his entire staff.

Absolutely amazing!!!! had severe acne, went to Dr. Palceski and my skin started clearing up after a week. Been going to him for about a year now and my skin is the best it's ever been. I never thought i would be able to wear no makeup and have people compliment my complexion but Dr. Palceski made it happen.

I have been there more than 4 times. They gave a Botox special, then administered Dysport rather than the Botox. I wasn't pleased with the results. Although I have had fillers multiple times at other locations, the Dr who comes across very knowledgeable,talked me in to getting Sculptra. I hated the results. The last straw was when I went in for a consultation for a totally seperate procedure. As I left, they charged me for the consult, saying the cost would apply towards the procedure as long as I had it performed within the next 30 days. I explained that I couldn't because it wasn't a "bathing suit friendly" procedure, however I would prepay for the whole procedure now and could just come in at a later date, so that the consult cost could apply. Which seemed much more than fair in my mind, as they hadn't even warned me of the cost of consult when booked, nor mentioned it had to be performed within 30 days. The front desk girl rudely refused. The front desk staff has been rude multiple times, so after one bad experience after another I personally will not be back and would warn anyone else away.

I am constantly disappointed with this office. I have spent $1000's on treatments and skincare over the last 3 years here. The front desk staff are SO RUDE and could use a lesson on customer service. The wait times are crazy long and I have often waited almost an hour to be seen by the dr or np. The staff that support the doctor and np often drop the ball with RX refills and have very poor response times to voicemails. Sometimes, they don't even call back at all! I also recently had a spot removed on my arm by Dr P and it came back two months later. I will never recommend this office as I do not think they value their patients.

After 4 appointments and having to wait over an hour and a half each time and then spending less than five minutes with the doctor, I'll be finding a new doctor.
