I have been going to Dr. Metchick since he first opened, I think he is the best doctor around!!

I honestly can not say enough GREAT things about Dr. Metchick.I had seen countless Dr's that dismissed my concerns, "feeling something in my throat" Discovered on a routine x-ray was something, further testing determined small cysts. I followed up with yet another ENT, a new ENDO,only to be discouraged being told it's nothing." there is no way you can feel it" Then I discovered Dr Lee Metchick, I can honestly say, I found him to have the best bed-side manner of ANY physician I had seen to date.Dr. Metchick put my mind at ease from my first visit his focus was learning about ME,what I was feeling, asking about symptoms assuring me it was not"all in my head". And for the first time,in 8 months I found someone that could offer a non-evasive procedure, that may eliminate this feeling in my throat" I underwent a fine needle aspiration on a thyroid cyst,with nothing more than a slight uncomfortable feeling..first feeling of RELIEF in such a long time..I am a LIFELONG patient !!

Avoid this doctor!!! Consult visit was a waste of time. Within a 2-3 minutes Dr. Metchick said issue was all in my head. I stopped the consult off at that point and left. Returned to my primary care physican, who dropped him from referals due to more than 3 complaints. The real medical condition was diagnosed by a skilled doctor. Arrogant office staff said the $340 cost would be billed in full. All doctors are called doctor no matter what their skill or success in getting their MD diploma.

Although the PA is very helpful, the doctor himself is very arrogant. I will not go back.

Extremely efficient office staff. Always feel I can get info when I need it (critical in dealing with diabetes-related issues.)
