Not skilled in doing nerve blocks for shoulder surgery. Poked and prodded me multiple times attempting to find the correct injection point. Left a lovely bruise about the size of a fifty cent piece. Block left my arm "dead" for 22 hours. I have never dealt with anything so horribly uncomfortable. I was completely aware of what he was doing as he did not provide sufficient sedation. The sensations from this nerve block were horrible and unnecessary. I have had 2 prior nerve blocks by competent anesthesiologists that were uneventful and wore off in 10 to 12 hours.
