During my exams, Dr. Vicencio doesn't discuss the elephant in the room, which is my obesity. He does not discuss ways to decrease my weight, nor does he discuss the health risks associated with obesity. Additionally, they try to charge for an office visit and a yearly physical on the same visit. I'm not allowed to ask any questions during an exam, without being nickled and dimed for it.

The office staff is not what it used to be, I'm an existing patient but refused service because I have not been in a few years. I held up my bloody finger and requested care but the office staff said it was their policy not to take patients that have not been in for a few years, directed me to urgent care. Me and my family will be finding a new primary instead.

This office and Dr.Vicenio are very unprofessional. All they want is your money. They do not provide the HIPPA policy they allow your name to be exposed and leave messages with out your consent on voicemails that may not be yours. They DO NOT confirm information with you. When in the office you are able to see other patients information. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr.Vicencio!!!!

Dr. Vicencio is the best! He has been my doctor since I was 16 years old and to this day he is still the same caring doctor who doesn't treat you like a "number" .. He takes his time to explain what it is what you want to know and is very caring.. He doesn't just rush to send you off with a prescription like other doctors. I live in Brandon which is about an hour away depending on traffic and it is so worth it.. I am never disappointed.. His staff is wonderful too especially Danielle and Barbara!

Dr. V has been my doc for 11 years, through several moves, I am now 45 min from him but drive anyway. He is up on the latest issues and his staff is awesome. He truly cares about his patients, we are never rushed in his office as he takes his time talking to you about every aspect of your health/concerns. He has helped my family through every health issue imaginable and has been careful and calm each time. He is EXACTLY what you could wish from a doctor. I have had the same experience with his staff. They worked very hard for me, handling disability paperwork and coordinating many procedures so that I only had to make the 45 minute drive when necessary. I saw the negative review and feel badly about it, but I can relate more to the one where the person sends people there and they stay - I have sent about 10 friends to Dr. V over the years and they are all still patients with similiar comments: "Wow, a dr who will take the time to talk to you! He really cares". You will not be sorry !

Dr. Vicencio has seen me through minor issues like infected ingrown toenail and more serious like acute bronchitis and an infected gallbladder (that three other specialists missed!). His trademark style is very laid back, making him easy to talk to and I have always felt like I was listened to, not just "looked over" quickly to get on to the next patient. His staff is wonderful--Barbara who answers the phone for him is just a dear and is so sympathetic when you are calling when ill trying to get in to see him. The nurses who work there and do the preliminary note-taking are similarly good listeners and have such a pleasant demeanor. I am lucky to have found a doctor and a staff so people-friendly and warm.

Doctor Vicencio is very good. Both in his knowledge and his true caring he has for his patients. He spends as long as you would like with you to discuss and answer questions, very rare with todays "socially challanged" physicians. I highly recomend him and I have been using him for 10 years. When I recomend him to friends, they go and STAY with him and thank me. Word of mouth is a true rating for doctors.

They don't care at all about patients. I could've died. Ended up in hospital because of their lack of care and concern

Dr. V is a very caring and knowledgable doctor. We use to live close to him but now drive over an hour to him.
