Doctor office does not return calls for up to one week. Office refused to make appointment unless you bring $200 Cash. I am extremely unhappy as the post op appointment should be free and I had to go back to the ER to do the follow up which was remove a foreign object from my body that he inserted! Health care is not about the patient in this office. BEWARE

I found the delray office to be overcrowded at every visit with over worked staff . Dr Gupta is personable but spends very little time with patients and I feel very much rushed . He made it hard to have follow up question . Total time spent at first visit was less than 10 mins . He was also pushing cystoscopy just based on a quick urine test in the office and made it sound like it was urgent which proved to be a non issue later . On the positive side I was able to see him within a day but his diagnosis based on a short conversation was wrong

I went to see DR Gupta a few times and everytime the waiting room was over crowded with no place to sit . He was late and when he saw me, it was for less than 5 minutes . He did not make me feel comfortable even though I thought he was personable. He wanted to push a couple of procedures on me like cystoscopy which was not necessary . The people in front office were nice but simply could not handle the volume . I feel as he is rushed as there are more patients than he can handle properly so everyone gets the short end of the stick . Everyone in waiting room was complaining about the situation . A few waiting in the hall way . The office in Delray is also very old and needs a lot of updating

Terrible service, I scheduled for an appointment and couldn't make it for the vasectomy so had to reschedule.
Second time I was on schedule and the doctor had to cancel because he wasn't there.
Then the third time something else came up and now they don't want to see me at all.

Most places would just charge a fee for missing the appointment but for them not to want to see me at all because I missed two appointments is unprofessional.

Have a little business sense. Just charge a fee for missing an appointment.

This will decrease the number of appointments that will be missed and at the very least make a little money for the money that you lost.
Or charge a deposit.

I've never been denied a appointment before for missing a previous appointment.

Really disappointed.

After seeing some of the other bad reviews now I'm actually happy to go elsewhere.

If you're reading this then I would advise doing the same

I saw this guy for a sore bladder and urinating blood. After his test he very matter-of-factly stated "you have cancer". He asked if I had any questions as he stood up and snapped off his gloves. When I didn't answer fast enough, since I was in shock, he just walked out of the room. Even the nurse was taken aback by it. It was like a television show depiction of the quintessential, holier-than-though jerk doctor. Long story short, his diagnosis was wrong which he of course determined by doing a rather expensive surgery to get a biopsy. He was cold, condescending and dismissive with every visit I had. His own nurses told me that I was not the first to have complaints about him and encouraged me to go over his head. I talked to my GP about it, and he said his heard similar stories about the guy. Nothing worse than a doctor with a God complex, especially if they're not even very good at their job.
