My husband was seen in 09 by Burger after our GP found out he had prostate cancer. He did a biopsy and ID the cancer that was the good part. His bedside manners was extremely poor. We leaned more about him then about my husband. He elaborated on his marriage being ideal and ours of 37 years less then acceptable. His recommended cancer treatment would have added 10% to the 5 years life expectancy. He was 65 then. We went to Memorial Slone Kettering NYC, the hospital he said he did not need. He is 73 and the cancer has just returned. We did not take his advice. My husband asked to change doctors. He was sick 1 day with his treatment and never down. So I could not recommend this Doctor.

He's obviously a very bright and knowledgeable guy; I found him to be a nice guy, too.

Dr. Berger was extremly unprofessional when presenting less than expected results. He was calculating and very rude. He did not seem to have a grasp on his social skills. Either he didn't know exactly what he was talking about or he was just extremly rude. He also seemed to be judgmental when dealing with the results as well as unwilling to comfort or help with the situation. Overall I'm moving my treatment 130 miles down the road in order to obtain some respect and dignity in my time of need.
