I first saw Dr.Yovanov two years ago ,I waited over an hour and a half even though I had an appt the first time,a me thereafter until my last appt ,i brought all my records ,she didn't look at them ,asked me what was wrong ,I told her what the other doctor had treated for and she began treating me but thought she was treating me for everything ,I told her I have a primary care doc and a cardio doc ,she took some blood work ,I told her my concerns she started writing prescriptions for all my meds ,I stopped her .Everytime I had to get a test done nobody could read her writing and had to call the office , she would tell me I didn't need to carry an emergency injection for crisis - which isn't correct since minutes can mean my life but I continued seeing her to give her a chance and am so miserable I didn't care but after last three visit s I got tired of it . Her staff told me to come in when I called to see if I should up my forget because I'm getting a cold I think or its my adrenal insufficiency ,they said come in you have to see the doctor, well I sat over two hours and when I went to leave because of extreme pain they called me back ,the nurse checked me said doc would be right in after she left I waited and waited ,it got quiet and I said hello ! Nobody was around ! A patient was in the waiting room apparently another had been called back ,long story short ,I left and was not seen .Why they tell you to come in and then torment you and make you sitters is beyond me . I have arthritis , fibromyalgia , neuropathy and more ...the girl got the pharmacy prescriptions messed up ,I'm still without vitd ...looking for another doctor.Seems too busy to be able to concentrate on patients...and when I went for check up and refill of forget and vitamin d she started writing scripts for my other meds ,I stopped her...all I can say is if you can sit for hours and need an all around doctor she's OK but front desk staff will mess things up and not take blame ...
