I am writing a review for my elderly father who was treated VERY poorly and disrespectfully by this Dr. He completely disregarded the referral notes from my dad's primary dr. and would not let my sister (who is his POA and lives out of state) listen in on the appt. virtually. He said he would not allow that. (which is against the law). He had his caregiver with him who confirmed the poor treatment he received and was herself shocked at how my father was treated. My dad has been traumatized by this experience and is now having further sleep issues because of it. Please do not waste your time with this neuroligist, ESPECIALLY if you are elderly. I am shocked he is associated with such a great community as the Eisenhower Medical Center.

Dr Macwan was sincerely interested in finding a solution to my problems and making a correct diagnosis. He spent a long persiod of time with me. I was surprized about how much time he spent with me. He is very compassionate.
