She has a strict path of how to treat infertility and won't stray. Treats everyone the same no matter the cause is. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.

I agree with everyone else. She also liked to order a lot of tests that I question the necessity of. I've always had at least a 30 min wait, even for an 8 am appointment. I don't recommend her.

I agree with everything here. This woman is cold, nasty, and doesn't listen to you at all. Infertility is difficult enough without having to deal with people like this. She explains nothing and acts as though your questions are foolish. Unfortunately she and her husband are the only board-certified infertility specialists in Lansing, which means you have to drive out of town if you want someone else. I frequently leave the office crying. I should mention that their office closes frequently.

This woman is in the wrong field. She is extremely cold and will run your bills throught the roof with unnecessary, painful tests and procedures. She mocked me during a procedure for wincing in pain. Her staff is rude and very unprofessional - all of them are about the money, not the patients. Some of the staff speak so poorly that you have to ask them three times to understand the answer. I wouldn't let her touch my dog after my experiences. There are excellent doctors in Grand Rapids and AA - go there and save yourself pain, grief, money and time.

had no interest in evaluating me for thyroid infertility, concerned w/my marital status and not my age and lack of children, rude,waste of my time; and more importantly compounded loss of time,stress,disillusionment re my infertiltiy. Not sure why she chose this specialty.

A terrible listener; ordered a ton of unnecessary tests without listening to my history. Also didn't care to look at my medical records before ordering the tests. I was overcharged for the co-pay for the visit; called three months ago for a refund (and several times since) and still haven't received anything.

Rude and indifferent. Subjected me to numerous unnecessary tests/procedures for several months ($$$ for her) and blew off the fact that my husband had a low **** count. A urologist determined that our infertility problem was due to problems my husband had. I was fine.
