Dr. Zafran is an amazing and knowledgeable physician. He took excellent care of me throughout my difficult pregnancy. He responds to my concerns in prompt manner. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. I would definitely and enthusiastically recommend Dr. Zafran to others.

This comment is strictly about the staff at this practice. The women at check in at the front are ok, however checking out after your visit was not very pleasant. No one smiles, they're very rude with no sense of humor. If you're unhappy with your job you should move on especially if others can see it all over your face. It's very sad. I would not recommend this gyn to anyone.

Dr.ZAFRAN is very experienced in his field. I wish he would have delivered my baby but he was not on call. Unfortunately, due to his rude office staff, I will be removing myself from his care. I tried to e-mail Dr.Zafran about it and he said to seek help from the office manager. The office staff would not let me make a follow up apt, I guess they dictate over his orders even though he said to follow up in 3 months. The office staff has been rude on multiple occasions. I wish I could have stayed as his patient but now I am left to find another doctor. You are pretty much a number with his office staff and they do not care if they lose a patient because of the volume of patients they already have.

The Dr. himself is very friendly, nice and caring. He is smart and never rushes you. The office however is a NIGHTMARE!!! He is always delivering or busy so you get stuck with other Dr. or re sceducles and you wait HOURS for your appointment sometimes!

The absolute worst experience I have ever had. The Doctor never returns your calls or responds to an email regarding your concerns and his assistant is always too busy. They seem more interested in the financial aspect than the actual patient. Being a first time mother at 35 years old your concerns for a healthy pregnancy should be a priority. I was told it would have to wait.

I should've sued this doctor. He knew my then boss, and after specifically telling him I was keeping the pregnancy to myself for the moment, I find out from a client that he told my boss! Complete jerk and unethical to say the very least. Please.... stay away!!!!!

This doctor was wonderful. He listened to everything i had to say, i found him very compassionate and caring. I have been going to this office for many years, and the patient is always first. The office staff is wonderful. The midwives/ nurse practioners are super too. And by the way not one dr in that office golfs.

I found Dr. Zafran and all of his staff to be great at what they do. He has a great sense of humor and is very clear and thourough. While he is my regular GYN, during pregnancy I saw a Midwife in his office until it became clear I was going to have a c-section, which he did. Both pre and post care were great by all of his staff and I recommend them to anyone and everyone who needs an OB/GYN, his office is full service.

Thought he was a good doctor... However only came to his office after following my midwife there when she changed doctors. Love her & all of the other mid wives at his practice. Recently had my 3rd child & my favorite midwife delivered her as well as my other 2. Will go to him as long as she is there!! Love all the medical staff that work there!
